True North Agile LLC is a fractional executive advisory and operational consulting firm based in Richmond, Virginia. We provide advisory, coaching, and operational consulting services to businesses and organizational leaders, including but not limited to:

  • Leadership and team performance advisory

Our services are professional and advisory in nature. Outcomes depend on the unique circumstances, decisions, and actions of each client. Engagement of our services does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

5. Consulting and Advisory Services

5.1 Nature of Advisory Services

True North Agile provides operational and strategic advisory services. All recommendations, frameworks, assessments, and guidance are advisory in nature. We do not make decisions on behalf of your organization, and you retain full responsibility for any decisions made in connection with our engagement.

5.2 No Guarantee of Results

Business and organizational outcomes are inherently uncertain. True North Agile makes no representations or warranties that our services will produce any specific outcome, result, or improvement. Results will vary based on the individual circumstances, resources, and execution capacity of each client.

5.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for engagements. The quality and applicability of our advisory work depends on the accuracy of information provided by the client.

6. Discovery Calls and Scheduling

Discovery consultations scheduled through this Site are exploratory in nature and do not constitute a commitment to engage services by either party. We ask that you arrive at the scheduled time prepared to engage in good faith.

7. Future Products and Purchases

True North Agile may offer digital resources, assessments, tools, or programs for direct purchase through this Site in the future. Any such offerings will be governed by applicable purchase terms provided at the time of transaction, in addition to these Terms. 8. SMS Messaging Program

True North Agile LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with contacts, prospects, and clients. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the terms in this section.

8.1 Message Types

SMS messages from True North Agile may include:

8.2 How to Opt Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you received our message. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send a final confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

8.3 How to Rejoin

To resume receiving messages after opting out, simply opt in again through the same form or channel you originally used. We will resume sending SMS messages once your opt-in is confirmed.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRUE NORTH AGILE LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ENGAGEMENT OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TRUE NORTH AGILE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
